I drew a "friend" (i say that because we don't talk anymore) a doodle of their fursona and honestly unless I bump the price up of my regular commissions for fursonas, I don't think I'll draw another anytime soon unless I feel really adventurous

1. It was with no context that we got a picture of Wilford with an afro and I dunno. That's the first thought.

Oh i forgot to say: I got my first commission ever recently. She wanted lineart of a character from My Hero Academia with a cat and instead of $6 (like normal for Instagram) she paid me $25 to help cover the cost of my wig for Connor for Sabakon this year. I'm actually very grateful for that and I'm hoping that I can get more commissions in the future.

I love the minimalist approach! It'll let the viewer relax their eyes on the subject. You've even improved your anatomy. The different series you studied from have really developed your style. There's consistency but you've grown.

1. My friend from Texas loves her. I've drawn her before. I love the shoujo manga aesthetic on this one.
   If you ever do a shoujo manga aesthetic piece again, you might want to add some digital noise(make the saturation removed) and then erase (with the strength of the eraser lowered so it softens the noise's erased areas) the noise on the layer with some sharpening to give a glitter effect. Though with the way you did some dots, the simplicity works here.Gives me some Japanese ad vibes on this one too.
   Er.... Hope that makes sense, I don't want to overwhelm you.

Cosplay is art so here we go.

This is my Connor cosplay that I've been working on so dearly. I don't have the wig shipped yet (or at least it's not here, it's scheduled to come in October). But so far I think Connor is sort of my favorite cosplay so far?

Plus learning how to edit photos actually murders my hands and makes me really look at how I look, so that's chill. So on the left is an unedited photo and the one on the right is an edit (or at least to make my face look bad-) from when I went to a Boba shop in costume. If I had the chance, definitely I would wear this costume for my high school senior photo.

 

In other news, I got a second commission done for a fellow cosplayer. She wanted her human! Sylveon cosplay re-drawn in chibi form.

Wow! You've really grown since I last saw you, and you managed to act out him pretty well from what you described me. Speaking of RK900, I did his pencils today and will do the inks on either tomorrow morning or the day after.

I really like the background on that Sylveon drawing. Kind of has that reflective floor of water technique I've seen in anime.

1. Oof thanks. I'm like, dying, that costume cost so much money but also I really like the character. Also, neato. Excitement for RK900 to literally crush my head with his shoes.

That's really different! You put more fundamentals of design so there's way more field of depth and a sense of dimension than earlier works. No need to feel worried, this is quite a improvement.

Knowing the drawing I did of Bim recently, combining him with 900 is a interesting choice. Love the M on his suit, it's a nice tribute to the actor.

I like the background on this one. On my references for the piece I did, I needed a pic of the logo of cyberlife and the background you made is a nice tribute to the company rk900 is from.

1. Yeahh. To be honest there is actually a subtle difference between RK800 and RK900.

(This one is RK800. Prototype Detective android for the Police Department)

(This one is RK900. An updated, more resilient version of RK800. Basically an upgraded version of 800. If he comes into the game, then RK800 is gonna be decommissioned. This is a different ending you get)
