[Gameplay] Hear sound of eating, but food isn't eaten

It's still happening. I tried to record a video of it, but of course it never happened while recording.I haven't found a pattern to it yet, so I can't figure out how to trigger it. So far, it only happens when I use the mouse to click the food, but I rarely eat food with the number keys.

Actually, a similiar thing is happening to me, but for me it really may be just because sometimes something interrupts me.
