Dwer happily offers Mage Cereal box and takes a cookie from the jar.

"Thanks but I don't want any ce- B*TCH! DID I SAY YOU COULD TAKE ONE OF MAH COOKIES?!"

Then his skin falls off.

Oh come on you guys you knew this would happen it's too obvious to pass up

(Atleast there's something to look forward to in the afterlife)

After polishing off the only cookies in the entire mansion (probably) and murdering Dwer for taking one without asking, she hopped down from the fridge. "Where shall we look first, Dwer?"

*Sits down criss-cross on the floor*

"Things are just getting worse and worse, aren't they..."

"I don't really have much to say about it all."

Giddy told everyone that sentence that Dmage said yesterday.

"Hey now, my giddy fellow, we are looking for evidence right now and you may as well make yourself useful so we don't have to rely on words!"

Mobbstar continued searching the armour stands and their surrounding floor and walls while holding onto his hat, just in case.

He heard Mobb's pleas to calm down, and Giddy complied, "Okay I guess I'll go calm down in the library, and ignore the fact that Dmage completely ignored my accusations.", "I guess" he growled.

He explored the bookshelves looking for anything interesting to read...or to note to the others. (Yeah that's right, tentacle hentai mangas ;))

Dragon Mage over heard Giddy and Mobbstar conversing in the other room. She walked in but not before Giddy had already left. She looked at Mobb. "What was that all about?"

"Maybe we should look for something here in the kitchen. By looking better we may find a knife or idk. Even if it's weird the killer has used a kitchen knife."

Dwer starts looking through the drawers

"Bleh, people are dropping like flies left and right. What's there to be said?"

*Stands up*

"But thanks for the concern."

*Stretches arms*

"Welp. I might as well get searching, since we all need as much evidence as we can get."

*Heads towards the kitchen, then helps Dwer check through the drawers*

Chris decided to make himself useful and search for clues. He went into the area where Battal and Mena died, but made sure he didn't make eye contact with the crime scene.

Dragon Mage waited for a response from Mobb but was distracted by Dwer. "Huh? Oh right"

She joined him in looking around but had a thought. "I don't mean to sound rude but... do you really think the mafia or the serial killer are stupid enough to put the knife or any weapon used back where they found it? Even if it was cleaned, surely there'd still be some evidence on it, right?"

"Who knows, and if the weapon is here it's as you said, there'd still be some evidence..."

He closes the drawer

"However, you're right! Where do you think we should be looking?"

Mena floated beside her own body, staring aimlessly at the bloody, broken, dead eyed husk that she used to reside in. She briefly focused on the gaping slit in her neck, and squirmed. Choking on your own blood had not been a comfortable way to go.

No one had closed her body's eyes. She supposed that was to be expected; after what happened the earlier day no one wanted to contaminate the crime scene for risk of suspicion, although she wasn't sure why they wanted to keep the Godmother's scene in tack. It's not like the innocents were planning on avenging her death any time soon, and the mafia had more important things to worry about. The Vigilante was no longer a threat to them now that she was dead.

The medium wouldn't be asking her questions any time soon either, and she wouldn't be answering them. She had no way of communicating with her team, or anyone but the other deceased for that matter. Though, she had to wonder if her absence would actually impact the mafioso. She had no idea if she had been any good at her job, but considering how early she had been found out and eliminated, she was inclined to believe that her performance wasn't exactly stellar. She sighed, though it made no sound, and closed her own body's eyes, as no one else was going to do it. Her schedule wasn't exactly the busiest right now, so why not. All she could do now was watch, think, and mildly annoy people.

This sucked.

Toast sighs miserably, and crawls from Waddle's waist to their shoulders, turning the hug into a piggy back ride hugish thing.

"Is there anything I can do to help? I'll leave you alone, mention how things will look up and be okay every once in a while, give you a back massage, become a backpack hug dispenser to give you constant support, eat 1,000 hotdogs in ten seconds, anything!"

There was a green orb of light floating close by that only Mena could see, it emanated light particles of the same colour around it. It quickly darts towards her and... chirps?, leaving a trail of green glow behind, beginning to bounce in the air once it's close to Mena's ghost.

Mobbstar found a strange apparatus hidden behind an end table. The hand-sized end piece was wired to a big box, which made faint beeps on occasion. As he turned to the scene of last night's crime, the beeping got more rapid and louder. Morbidly curious, he inched closer, until he felt the same as when his hat kept falling off. At this point, the box burnt out and went dark in a loud crack.

"Huh... I'll search the lounge for potential evidence, rather than playing with these bizarre toys."

"... Ysul?" No, that couldn't be Ysul's ghost, could it? Unless dragon souls looked and acted different from human and doppelganger souls, which she supposed was possible. Mena moved a bit closer to the orb.

Pyro finally finishes eating chocolate-chip pancakes with no pulp orange juice and then decides what to do next.

Pyro thinks at the dining table for a while.

"I guess I'll just head upstairs to the library to see if I can find a piece of paper and something to write with. For in case I'm killed by some stairs."

And so, Pyro headed to the library.

*Gently removes Toast, then puts him on the ground*

"I'm fine, okay? Now, why don't you go look for clues somewhere else. We'll get more work done if we split up."

"Mage and Dwer, I'll keep looking here, so you two can do whatever."
