It's kind of nice the proto-pigman has human hands and a different head design. Makes him stand out for the current design. Once Hamlet comes out, I can finally draw the Boarrior surrounded by the ladies in the game. Shopkeeper is neutral on Whedon's ideals on beauty. Jenny(whatever Aileen chose for surname), Laika, Jack Carter belong to @Aileen-Rose, Grace Carter and Nero belong to @artistcrab, Donut belongs to @mewthemew, Bobby Walter, Jack Carter(reaper), and Albert Higgsbury belong to @Quoth143, Wayne belongs to @NightWonder7, and Constant version of Ori belongs to @DragonMage156. Wish the tagging system was fixed here so I could have a organized sentence but oh well. This is a really big piece. Bigger than I expected but happy I got this done. The line up is equal in number to the main cast surprisingly. I tried my hardest not to have myself in the middle and wanted each character to be teamed up with closest in fighting. I agree with my buds from another group the background needs way more improvement. My intention was focusing on the simplicity but the background is way too simple. My first attempt. Niki didn't like it due to it being crowded. He gave me a huge list on what could be in the image and my constant wanting is the sun to have a spotlight too. Hope it gives a spring vibe. This didn't appeal to Niki either. I threw in those disembodied hunchheads for a joke to give a barbequing vibe. The side with Woodie and Max is kind of a callback to the previous drawing. A request from @CliffW. He wanted a redraw of that one Maxwell drawing I did with that Kingdom Hearts piece. Though with this redraw, he wanted the traditional red background. IT's for a menu mod. He also requested these tutorials. So yeah, that's how I do the "fundamentals of Wilson". Probably not the same techniques the same animators use but this is how I do things. Cliff also wanted a beard tutorial for some reason. I had fun drawing the first pose. Poor Wilson has to deal with a dangerous pencil for artistic purposes. Jouste stream drawings: Someone on the Woodlegs stream commented on how his bandana made him a Naruto ninja. I forgot which stream this was for. Though maybe Woodie accidentally had his beaverform's tail stuck when he got back to human form. Lucy is intrigued at her boyfriend having this quirk. A crocomander in the middle of spitting. Thought it'd be cool. Not sure who pulled that pitpig's horns out but the crocomander's a meanie for spitting at the victim. I really wanted Rawling to show up in the Woodlegs stream but oh well. So here he is chilling in a canon Wilson was about to install. During the Scorpeon stream, Jouste mentioned how it had a mane like a lion. Decided to kitty the scorpeon up. End of jouste stoof My take on the song "Addicted to Stress" by Jim's Big Ego. Unlike the Wendy/Julie piece, I wasn't sure how to convey it in one picture. So I made it a comic. While walking to the Dollar Tree, I find a empty pack of Pall Mall cigarettes. It made me think of making a brand for Maxwell's cigs that he usually carries. So I made a vintage looking box. Back when I used to live in Temecula, California, the owners of the local cigar shop would give me empty cigar boxes. I would use them to store my manga to organize them. Going with the theme, there was a ad in the mail I found in the lady's house about pipe smoke and supplies. I took the small basics and did a second piece on Wilson. In the unused Guest of Honor portrait for Wilson, he uses a pipe, so I played with the theme. Dupe stuff In the Oxygen Not Included roleplay, Mewthemew's character Bernard is nicknamed to Bernie sometimes so I/Spatch made him a Bernie. Willow will probably sue me for infringment. A chance to draw all the ONI related hallowed nights pieces in one piece. I'm sad the dupe-pumpkin isn't official. Maybe next year? A reply in Dupe-a-day. The dupe Mew drew was in a pose similar to Beetleguise. So I threw Webber in for the Lydia expy. End of dupe stuff Drew this one at the Wilson Active Artists Christmas party. I know Wilson(the one in the game, not my town) is usually not one for parties, but when it comes to awesome meatballs, I like to pig down on it. The lady who makes them gives the right amount of sweet and addiction to them. Reference to a really adult joke in the Jim JArmusch film Night on Earth. WX says this about pumpkins and I couldn't resist. HEck, this is probably the first time someone has drawn the director in Don't Starve style. Wanted to draw my real life coat as a game asset. I've worn it since I was 13 and it still fits. People question why I wear it but I get defensive when people tell me to throw it away. It means a lot to me, you can even see my older drawings back on my Minespatch account on deviantart where I wear it. I threw that "A for Ariel" to show how my head matches the letter. Drawn for @Auth's flufficorn contest. Decided to have Wilson as a nightmarish flufficorn too. Laika and Nero discussing Thulian ethics. Since they're both Thulian lobster/shrimp creatures. Kind of a vent drawing. After somewhat assisting with the local nativity event, the lady I'm living with made me wait for a hour or so due to her discussing with another person. I'm the Wilson in this drawing. Donut's daughter Merp snatches the best items in Forge. Her mother Ivy tries to chase her down while the real warriors are underwhelmed by this. After the Forge animation stream, me and my buddy watched 9(it was her first time watching). Since the film involves inventions, thought it'd be fun to have Wilson assisting 9 with the mini light staff. I missed out on having Wilson in his Piggsbury skin but still a fun drawing. I took the concepts from the early Boarrior drawing while watching the Forge animation stream(same friend mentioned above) and finished this. Drew this after caroling. I was with a group of people and we drank some cocoa. I wanted to go home but didn't say anything due to not wanting to be rude. I still had to credit due to the Forge skin. Heeeh, ask @artistcrab first. Eh, don't worry.
