Loading Executable Crash

Steps to reproduce

-Click launch app
-It gets to the end of loading executable and an error screen pops up.
-Error says: Error: Module load error: NaCl module load failed: ServiceRuntime: command channel creation failed

I click launch app
It gets to the end of loading executable and an error screen pops up.
Error says: Error: Module load error: NaCl module load failed: ServiceRuntime: command channel creation failed
and it gives me an option to reset. I click reset and the same thing just pops up. I'm not sure whats wrong.

Is this something that happens every time you try to run the game, or just occasionally?
