Matthew willed his arms to move, then carefully placed the quarter to the slot, which it disappeared into with a clink. He stepped back, both eager to put some distance between himself and the robot...and still thinking of a song he'd want to hear. Not too loud, of course - the others were trying to sleep, after all. After a moment of careful consideration, he found his voice and spoke.

"Do you have...Liar Liar, maybe? It's by the Castaways. If you could, please play it quietly."

Sylvia looked up. "Good song choice!" One of her tails ruffled his hair, and she fished around in her pocket for change. Giving up, she attempted to open the safe that collected the jukebox money. It wasn't even locked. Pulling a quater out, she put it back in, saying "Can I get Bohemian Rhapsody after this? Quietly as well please"

Conner smiled and sat down. At least Matthew seemed more at peace. He looked at the rest of the group closer to the fire and wondered if he should go and sleep. He didn't like the idea of dozing off in this place even if someone was watching for them. He looked back over at Sylvia who put the same quarter in "I could have given you one, if you wanted," he said.

(Did they ever take the money out o_O)

Conner only hummed to Sylvias' reply. It's not a matter of looking out but ever since his life on the street he really didn't like the idea of sleeping without a few locks on his door.. And this place didn't have doors. He decided to do what he normally did, he slept light enough to wake at any sound. He knew if he kept doing this each night it would wear him down but he felt it was better then being completely vulnerable.

Red wasn't fully asleep yet. When he heard Bohemian Rhapsody start playing, he lifted his head. "Ah, a great song if I do say so myself. One of Queen's best" he smiled and gave a thumbs up before resting his head again. He would have requested a song but he was too tired right now.

((Yes I will drop people in. We are going to do a time jump to morning today- In a few hours))

Art disliked the noises that everyone was making she curled into a ball and pulled her jacket over her head to muffle everything. She didn't want to stay awake but she couldn't sleep because there was too much noise not only from everyone but also in her  head. Her mind was a whorl with the chaos of this new world that she had be thrust into. She couldn't show it in front of the others but she was scared, very scared that they were all going to die. That she might be insane... and this was all a hallucination. She was just not sure anymore what was real. Art tried to calm herself down enough to get some sleep.

Matthew felt much better now, what with the robot playing him one of his favorite songs and Sylvia tussling his hair. The fire was warm, the night was cool, and everyone was safe and sound. Come to think of it, it was almost like camping! He'd always wanted to go camping, but never had the opportunity before. And although he did miss home, the thrill of adventure and new experiences was quite tempting, to say the least. Feeling quite tired, he took one of Art's woven sleeping mats and lay down next to Conner as the soft, unmistakable melody of "Bohemian Rhapsody" floated through the air.

Perhaps...he could stay with these people for a while. They'd all have an adventure, together!

With that thought, Matthew closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Art woke up to the dawn chorus of birds. The fire was almost out, there was dew on the ground and she felt sore. Art sat up and shook her head for a moment before she pulled her coat back on and started walking around to work out the kinks in her back. There was people all over the place asleep or dozing or not bothering to get up. She was not sure about everyone and her doubts would make her a worse leader not a better one. They needed a leader but was she the right one? Was she supposed to step down and let someone else lead but there was no one here who she thought would be a better leader right now. They were all scared.

Art walked away with her own thoughts a while, she found several things that when pulled up were revealed to be carrots, a few more berries and some more grass so that maybe tonight they might have blankets or something.
