Huh, I must have gotten really unlucky last year then. I never got any of Pugna's war chests during the last Hallowed Nights.

Steam recently added the ability to purchase and gift digital steam gift cards. You could send your friend one to buy the skins. Only issue is they can spend it on whatever they want.

...Which doesn't change the fact that Forge skins are non tradable and non marketable and will stay this way.
Unless you mean buying them dircectly from Klei. But I think it's gone by now.

I know that but until Klei allows us to gift event skins it is the only way to attempt to "gift" them to friends. Its not a good solution but its still less terrible than trading/gifting skins on other platforms.

Whoops, I forgot to do so yesterday.  Willow was missing her ponytail in the initial release, but the 2nd patch yesterday fixed her hair.  I've just updated the character line-up above.
