Since the skins comes out, my girlfriend NEVER droped any distinguished or elegant, Im pretty sure that after "trade inn" system comes the % of elegant fall down, since that people just want to make profit while they can, asking 50$ 70$ on #$% head/skins. I really hope they increase the drop chance for elegant, and distinguished skins. I've gotten around 100 drops, and so far have only gotten 1 distinguished, and no elegants. If distinguished, and elegants are this rare then how rare are loyal and timeless going to be? 1/1000 chance? That's why they'd be named "Timeless", I think? It's a lifetime opportunity? And Loyal are skins that are going to be given away to certain people for doing certain stuff.
