I have a problem with moles over reproducing in my game using no mods and I'm not aware of any duping I may have done accidently. The problem is they produce so much it will eventually crash my system if I don't keep killing them off which is another unwanted chore to do. Gotheran Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 They shouldn't reproduce from what I remember, they do spawn from earthquakes in caves, but they usually die after 1-2 quakes after that from getting hit by falling rocks, there are some places on the surface where a lot of hills exist, and hills will spawn a mole if one doesn't return to it but they shouldn't be reproducing.
