yellow bees go into the hive and never come out

Steps to reproduce

trying to capture yellow bees with a bug net,
they all went into the hive and never reappeared

Describe your issue

I was hunting yellow bees trying to make a bee box but they all went into the hive and never came out again, when I attacked the hive only killer bees came out and when I destroyed the hive it only dropped honey and honey comb, no yellow bees in sight

Sometimes the population of bee hives gets dominated by killer bees only. You have to kill them and wait for the bees to respawn.

I know a lot about bees. I know you need a lot of silk to get them and silk comes from spiders. Unfortunately I don't know verry much about spiders.

If the Bees are going back into the hive and never coming out, that sounds like an issue we need to address.

Is it possible the Bees were killed by Hounds and Spiders? Have you seen any Bee Stingers laying on the ground?

I have this issue the bees do not want to come out of the hive, but if I hit the hive and run away, the bees return to they're normal activities, at least for that day. The next day no activity at hives, and I can't just keep hitting the hive cause it breaks easily.
