eggplants disapear when gieven to birds

Steps to reproduce

i harvested 10 eggplants from 4 turbo seedplants and 6 speedy ones
and gave them to the red bird in the birdcage at daytime... i think

Describe your issue

normaly, i can give a stack of veggies to the red bird but
instead of feeding the bird one by one all of them disapeared and i only got 2 eggplant seeds. i didnt try it with other crops again.
