That's probably not what happened, but still Remember how he claimed all songs would be first-iteration? Well, some of the UT songs are actually second-iteration, but he counts them as firsties because their initial attemps were named as different songs of related subjects or, as you noticed, scrambled together in Your Best Mightnare. The controller configuration screen's song went through three iterations, because he was never satisfied with the vibe he got from it.
