Bringing Health below 0 with Monster Meat

- Eat Monster Meat

Describe your issue

If you constantly eat Monster Meat to bring your health down, you don't die when you reach 0. In fact, you can continue eating Monster Meat to bring it even lower. While the health bar says your health is at 0, the integer value of health is clearly below that. For example, when you have health of -10, you must eat 3 roasted seeds (4 health each) to bring your health back to 2.
