I never found a list of all the new programms, so I ask for help those people, who play far more invisible than I do to fullfill the list of new programms. Let me start 

Puritifyer kindly offered a whole list of programms and I decided to move it here:

 

Flare - Breaks 4 FIREWALLS for 0 PWR. +1 to all FIREWALLS. 3 Turn COOLDOWN   Price: 450

 

Overdrive - All programs -2 COOLDOWN (MIN 1). +1 PWR cost. Passive   Price: 700

 

Charge - All programs -2 PWR cost. + 1 COOLDOWN. Passive   Price: 900

 

Halt - Reboots a device with 3 or less FIREWALLS for 1 turn. Costs 3 PWR   Price: 500

 

Root - Gain 6 PWR. -1 PWR per turn on COOLDOWN. 6 turn COOLDOWN   Price: 300

 

Fool - Reboots a device, spawns a Daemon. 1 turn COOLDOWN. Passive: Daemon duration +1  

Price: 100

 

Rogue - Reveal an undiscovered safe. Cost 2 PWR. 2 turn COOLDOWN   Price: 300

 

Lightning - KO a TAGGED guard for 2 turns. Removes the TAG. Cost 8 PWR   Price: 800

 

Dynamo - Unlockable Starting Program - Generate 2 PWR points per turn. Disabled until Alarm level 2. Passive   Price: 1000

 

Feast - Breaks 5 FIREWALLS for 0 PWR. Installs 2 Daemons. 3 turn COOLDOWN   Price: 600

 

Mercenary - Unlockable Starting Program - Breaks 2 FIREWALLS. +2 PWR cost per use. Cost resets at each alarm level   Price: 600

 

Aces - All TAGGED guards have -1 ARMOR for 1 turn. Costs 2 PWR   Price: 600

Personal fav (if only because it's such a cool concept):

 

Lightning: KOs tagged guard for 2 turns. Removes tag, costs 8 power, no cooldown. Costs 800 credits (!!)

I haven't got the Credit Cost but I have the base idea of 3 new ones:

 

Root - Gives 6 PWR, 6 turn cooldown, every turn Root is on cooldown lose 1 PWR

 

Charge - Each Program costs -2 PWR but +1 cooldown (You can turn this off and on)

 

Overdrive - Each Program costs +1 PWR but -2 cooldown (Min 1) (You can turn this off and on)

 

??? (Can't remember the name of this one, it had a jester icon) - 2 PWR, reboots a random hacked device, spawns a positive Daemon, Passive Daemon Duration + 1

 

If you want the starting programs also, here they are:

 

Dynamo - +2 PWR per turn, only starts at Alarm Level 2]

 

Mercenary - 0 PWR, breaks 2 firewalls, each use adds +2 PWR cost, PWR cost resets every Alarm Level

This one is called Fool. Definitely does not spawn positive Daemons, although I figure there's a chance for reversal as always.

 

It does, however, reboot a target device, equivalent to a one turn EMP. Only costs $100, which seems to be the only useful part of it, besides maybe abusing free Daemons with reversals and Central's augment.

On wow, I assumed that it would've been a positive Daemon otherwise you'd have to be in a really desperate situation to use it...

I wish there was more upgrades that give you higher Daemon reversal chance, even with Brimstone I never seem to reverse them...
