I re install DS and i can't download none of my subscribed mods. When I click to menu mods button it says "checking mod subscriptions" and freezes. How I can fix this?

It sounds like your Steam client is having trouble connecting to the Steam servers properly. Try closing out of the game completely and fully restart your computer. 

 

Check to make sure that your internet connection is stable and that your game has been updated to the latest version.

 

Finally, check if to see if your security software, anti-virus/anti-malware, or firewall settings are blocking connections to Steam Workshop. Try temporarily disabling these to see if that helps.

I've done everything you've advised me, but it still does not work . Game still freezes in mod menu(but game didn't crash, only still show "checking mod subscriptions")

Hmm, alas, something is blocking the connection to Steam's servers. Steam has a number of troubleshooting steps that can help resolve any network connectivity issues you may encounter. 

 

If Steam's troubleshooting steps in the link above does not help, please send us a copy of your log.txt file. You will find it in \Documents\Klei\DoNotStarve\log.txt

I fix this!!!

1) i delete some game files

2)I try launch DS trough steam

3) i delete remaining files

4) again try launch DS

5)Delete DS trough steam

6) install again

 

i don't know why, but it now works
