Cannot open game.

I have re installed the game, i have cleared my cache, i have updated my computer, and the graphics card.

is what pops up every time i try to start the game, i have not even been able to try to play it. I know my computer can run it, i have re installed the game, i have cleared my cache, i have updated my computer, and the graphics card. Still get that message every time i try to play the game.
