Failure to load

Steps to reproduce

Launched the game

Describe your issue

Upon launching the game you get the load screen with the load bar at the bottom, mine seems to stop on Common.zip and a message

Error: : Manifest update failed, please clear your browser cache and refresh the page. comes up in a red box. So i clear the cache and reload but it happens again, what can i do to stop it? many thanks
