No sound at all

Steps to reproduce

Start game (through Steam)

Click [settings]

FX, Music, Ambient is set to 0 (zero)

Raise values to 10 (ten)

Press [Apply]

Press [Accept]

Exit settings by clicking [Close]

Click [settings]

FX, Music, Ambient is set to 0 (zero)

Describe your issue

I runt WinXP64-bit with DirectX9.0c on an AMD-platform with Razer Banshee as my soundcard.

Sound works with everything else.

Game wont accept that I raise the volume.
