Fertiliser stays visible but dormant when used

Steps to reproduce

*have a farm plot

*put a seed on the farm plot

*use fertiliser on the seed

Describe your issue

it doesn't always occur, but i have had the graphic for the fertiliser stay on screen & not-intractable after being used.

(let me know if more detail is needed/unable to reproduce)
