I'll tell you what I told another person who noticed the "hear" instead of "here"I figured it as a pun, because you can literally hear when night falls, and the only thing you do is hear whats lurking in the darkness if you die from lack of firelight/torchlight, you never see a face, just lots of strange and bizarre hisses and noises when the darkness arrives to gank ya.

Ever since you replied that elsewhere,you actually got me thinking "did the devs make that pun intentionally?".It actually makes sense when you think about it,like you've explained Lady @OP,I believe there are other threads about this aswell,not sure if the devs are aware yet though..
