Select Options Crash

Steps to reproduce

Start the game.

Either from main menu or in game select options.

Game crashes.

Describe your issue

Anytime now after the newest update, if I click on options, the game will close.

The game will play if I do not mess with any options. But I can now not change any graphical options at all.
