No footstep sounds when walking along the coast

Steps to reproduce

Walk right up against the coast.

Describe your issue

Just a minor sound issue, so it's nothing urgent, but it seems that there's no longer any footstep sound effects if you walk right up against the coast. If you're not walking right up against the coast, the sound effect plays like normal.

I'm not sure if this only happens while on maps made with the new terrain generator or not, as I've only been playing on maps using the new algorithm since the update.
