Don't Starve Together Price On Steam

I've got the base game and the rog.DST frontier pack was supposed to be 5 usd which is 10 TL.But it is 31TL right now.Can somebody explain this ?

Same issue here.  I've owned both for awhile, and it's still showing at full price.  Could anyone shed some light on this?

You own Don't Starve on steam, and trying to purchase the Frontier pack. Are you sure you are logged into steam currently when trying to buy? When I check the website, I see full price, on my steam account I see it says $5 dollars to buy (I own Don't Starve). So, that's the only reason why I mention this.

 

Also there's a current confusion on "Includes Don't Starve" The price of the Frontier pack if you do not own the game is $19.99 and with that price you will get Don't Starve, if you already own the game, you will get a sale discount for $5.00 and can buy the pack (includes 2 DST beta keys) for that price, as you already own the Don't Starve, you do not need to spend the extra ~$15 dollars.

I have the same issue. I'm logged in. Checked and refreshed and cleared cache on both in-app steam browser and Chrome.

 

Price shows as £14.99

 

Sort it out.

This is bloody ridiculous. I count down the days until i can get it for me and my friend, i wait until 6pm (also stupid) and find i will have to pay the full price. Sort it out Klei, this isn't a good way to treat loyal fans.

Tbh, im thinking of just buying it for £15, because i love the game so much. Klei doesnt deserve my extra money, but it just goes to show what an impact the game has.

Alright guys, this is what I see. (edited out the review for smaller image). If something is different on your screen. It is steam's fault, not Klei. Klei is not related to Valve.

 

So, buying the pack would cost be $5.00 dollars, because I own the game.

Does that same link say "Don't Starve is already in your Steam Library"?
 
Also, check which store page link you are on. If you are on Don't Starve Together store page it will want you to buy that for 19.99, I believe.

EDIT: ^ make sure you are signed into the website to see the correct price for your account, or check in your steam window, if you're logged in from there.

@NinjaMosquito, you need to have Don't Starve in your Steam library for Steam to recognize that you should receive the discounted price. Also, as Hellkitty mentioned, make sure you're on the regular Don't Starve page on Steam (rather than DST), just in case that's where part of the issue is coming from.

All is true for me and I am still getting the $19.99 price guys.

 

I even submitted a support ticket on steam. This is really ridiculous, I have had this game since alpha. I have more than 200 hours on record, yet I am being charged full price. I know it is some kind of glitch, but I am really frustrated at this point.

 

This image is proof that steam is recognizing that I own the game, but I still have to pay $19.99 instead of the $4.99 promised.

I'm seeing the discounted price on both the DS page as well as the DST page (which you guys aren't), so it's not that Klei hasn't implemented it. But as folks have mentioned in other threads, once it's in my cart I can't purchase it for myself or as a gift.

 

It's definitely something up with Steam/Valve. Keep on opening those support tickets with them guys, get on their case about it!

I think since we bought our key directly from Klei/Humble Bundle/etc. instead of Steam, these keys are not eligible (in steam's programming) for the discount. My friend who just bought Don't Starve base game in Steam, has access instantly to the discount. This is punishment for supporting the game in development?

Oh, that sounds about right. I bought mine through Klei itself, so i think you're right. This does feel like a punishment.

@Rachealica, what? HumbleBundle offers a standalone copy of the game as well as a Steam key. As long as you redeem that on Steam, it's all the same to them - it's their key. This is an issue with Steam/Valve not working correctly at the moment.

I can confirm that the wife and I both bought our DS games from the devs, then imported our keys into Steam once we were able to.  Both of us do not have access to the discount.

 

I hope this wasn't intentional, as we were both looking forward to not starving together, but hopefully we'll see some more information here shortly.

I am having the same problems. I have both DS and RoG but when i got to try and purchase DST it shows 19.99 yet it clearly shows i have the others in my library. I have logged out and cleared everything yet still no fix. Does anyone know why it is not showing at the discount price for those who have bought DS already???
