Issue Title: Dr. Xu Sub Dermal Tools Through Doors
Issue Description: Dr. Xu can use his Sub Dermal Tools to disable KO'd drones through doors.
Steps to Reproduce: Have an enemy drone that was previously hacked and is KO'd directly on one side of a door that is closed and have Dr. Xu on the other side.
