Can purchase locked items.

Steps to reproduce

1.Build a Science Machine.

2.Gather enough research points so that you can unlock a crafting recipe that is Alchemy Engine only.

3.Attempt to unlock the recipe.

4.You will succeed when you weren't even standing next to an Alchemy Engine.

Describe your issue

You can unlock recipes which are Alchemy Engine only without standing next to an engine, contrary to the red UI an "Use an alchemy engine to learn more" message.
