Entertainment.

That's why They trapped him here, why They let him build a world to his liking, let him trap others to survive in it. They found it entertaining, the pain, the death, the struggle, the insanity. Oh, They love the insanity. They go ecstatic when one of the puppets loses it, but it's usually short lived. The puppets ether recover, die by it, or die before they even have the chance to go loopy. They don't like that.

Recently, They have been growing tired of the same old game. Not even the short bursts of insanity are enough. They grow bored, and when They grow bored, They torture him for entertainment. It's unbearable. As time goes on, They get bored more often and for longer periods. He gets tortured more often and more violently. He had to find relief. He had to entertain them.

He had to change the game.

Rules

1. Choose Your Character
You can play as any of the original Don't Starve cast, or some of your OC's. You can have as many puppets as you like, but please keep it within a reasonable amount so we don't end up with long, overly complicated posts. If you choose a OC, provide a detailed description including their name, age, race, appearance, abilities, disabilities, and any items they might have on them. You can add more information if you'd like, but this is the bare minimum.

2. Brush up on the Basics
Read this: http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/25886-tips-to-being-a-good-roleplayer-not-a-roleplay/ if you haven't already, because we're going to follow all those rules here.

3. Put Meaning Into Your Posts
Don't just just type out a few sentences and press enter. Actually think about what you are going to do, type it out, and look it over for spelling and grammar errors before posting. Sentences like:
"She walk over an pulld it up and sayed 'This look wierd..............'"
are not acceptable.

4. Feel Free to Correct
If you feel that I, or someone else, (but mostly me) is spouting utter nonsense or pulling crap out of thin air, please, set me straight, but be polite about it. On the other side of the spectrum, if you find me complaining about nothing, confront me about it and I'll try to not stab your eyes out with a spoon listen and be less strict.

Active Characters (No Spaces Open, but Inactive People can Return)

MenaAthena:

Name: Athena

Age: 15
Race: Human (mostly)
Appearance: She is fairly tall for her age, about 5'11" to be exact. Her hair is a light brown and slightly wavy; it's length is just below her shoulders and she has bangs in the front. She wears a dark pair of bluejeans, light purple sneakers, a bright pink shirt, a light blue jacket, and a gold necklace in the shape of a spear and shield. Really, she just looks like an average girl, except for her oddly colored gold eyes. If you were to confront her about them though, she would insist they were brown.
Abilities: Weak light magic. Her necklace transforms into a gold spear and shield. Can sense the presence of shadow creatures.
Disabilities: She is still learning to use the light magic. Using her powers too often exhausts her physically. Being sensitive to shadow creatures, like Charlie, she is too on edge to sleep at night, and they drain her sanity more quickly.

Name: Wilson
Come on, everyone knows the rest.

with black magic by a woman named Wale Trueman and eventually grew into a Mandrake smarter, stronger, and bigger than most.
Wale raised the Mandrake as her own telling him of the nature of Maxwell's world, teaching him to make his own tools, and each night she put him into the ground with a hug and kiss.
One morning, he awoke and she was gone. Perplexed and depressed, he went through her stash, which had remained where it was. He found notes that may have been clues to where she would be now, gathered them and his own belongings, and set out to find her. along the way, he met his Hound Wulfric and befriended him. He currently roams the world, still in search of his mother.

Appearence:
A normal hound with a saddle with a bag attached to it
Blewcheese:

Name: Newleaf

Age: Reaaalll old.

Race: Treeguard

Appearance: Newleaf is a 20 feet tall pine tree. What should be his base has split into two long legs, and has two large, club-like branches that serve as arms. By the top of his tree-body, his pine needles part in a way that seem to form a face, which is normally either portraying seriousness or anger.

Abilities: Being a 20 foot tall pine tree, he's pretty darn strong, so he's got that going for him.
Newleaf also has the ability to manipulate plants to an extent, and often uses vines to constrict his enemies. He also communicates with plants, which is an easy way to relay information or scout danger.
Since he's a tree, Newleaf can photosynthesize. This is basically when he reverts to a tree mode, and goes to sleep. However, during this, his is completely unaware of his surroundings and very vulnerable. This does mean that he does not require any food, only sunlight.

Disadvantages: He's a tree. And definately not a fireproof one.
Newleaf is awfully slow, although his huge steps make up for this somewhat. He'll have a very, very difficult time targeting something small and nimble.
Newleaf needs sunlight, and often cannot go 24 straight hours without light, or else he simply shuts down.

Bonus characteristics: He really, really, reaaaaalllly hates hounds. If a hound attack occurs, he'll drop practically anything he's doing to go and slaughter all of them.
As you'd expect from a treeguard, he'll get mad at you if you harm any plants.

Name: WX-78
Apparently he still wants to play as this guy robot. Make up your mind Blew.
Halved:
Name: Wy

Age: 12

Race: Parasite Host-Benign Type

Backstory: To save him from his imminent death, Wy's father made a deal with Maxwell. He received the ultimate cure, able to solve every health problem. Although, that cure had consequences: what saved Wy's life was an alien parasite which mutated the boy's body completely.

But eventually, the parasite which was supposed to take over him, for some reason decided to collaborate.

When Maxwell de̴c͠i͘ḑe҉d tơ ͘f̛i̛nal̶ly ̀sho̴w͟ up҉,W̷͕̱̯̟̤͟͝y҉̠̬͇̝̳̻̲͠ ̸̵̭̲͉ẃ͎̤̪͇͎̰͕͍̤a̴̦̱̙͇̠͝ͅs̺͍̯͈̹͖̝--

The note ends here.

Appearance:

Spoiler
post-467982-0-49552000-1416240723.png

Abilities:

-IT WILL NOT END

Wy's body is constantly being regenerated by the parasite(s). Whenever it gets damaged the parasite reproduces himself to repair the wounds.

The regeneration consumes a lot of energy, because the parasite needs energy to reproduce. Therefore, this ability is limited.

-BOUND TO A PARASITE

They are two, they are one, they are all. Wy does not have a full solid body and can mutate it. For example, he can turn his hand into a blade.

The mutations consume a moderate amount of energy, because the parasite needs some energy to manipulate his form.

-6th MUTANT SENSE (INCLUDES WY'S STOMACH BEHAVIOUR)

He has a sixth sense (duh, lame), which consists in the parasite's special alien sense.

He can eat anything without consequences (his stomach simply destroys the food and turns it directly into energy), though he can't taste food (see Disabilities for more informations).

-[LOCKED]

-{LOCKED?}

Disabilities:

-WEAK!

He is really weak, both in the body and in the mind. Healing items are useles on him.

-ONE EYE, NOTHING MORE

He can hear, see, touch, but not taste or smell. This could be considered an ability, because he can eat anything without consequences (his stomach destroys the food and turns it directly into energy).

AN AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANT

CloakofCrow:

Name: Jonathan Crow

Age: Early 20’s

Gender: Male

Backstory:

Alone, with nothing but the ruins of the place he once lived. Isolated, with nothing but the bleak sea surrounding him. Detached, with nothing but the company of himself and the spirits of the dead that laid beneath him. This was the life of Jonathan Crow.

Fort Tenòche was quite a bustling town. Merchants and hunters sailing the sea found this place to be a safe-haven from the violent waters and unpredictable weather. It was located in the middle of the ocean, a midpoint between the cities of Anton and Drell. It’s high, thick walls protected it from any unwanted visitors and the old lighthouse guided them into the port so they can rest and sell their goods. This is where Jonathan lived. Jonathan had a pretty normal childhood; mocking the strange men that entered the fort, stealing various trinkets from vendors in the market, curiously peeking through the window at the bar to see the things all the grown-ups did, all parts of a normal kid’s life in Fort Tenòche. Sure, he got in trouble sometimes and got a beating for it, but he always had his parents if he was in any real danger.

Jonathan had a healthy relationship with his parents and older brother. After a good day of fooling around, there was always dinner on the table for him. He admired his father and brother very much and he always aspired to be just like them. His brother, Alan, worked with his father most of the time at the docks. Carrying crates to and from the ships. At night, his father worked at a local bar and his brother occasionally worked the lighthouse shift. Very rarely, his brother let him accompany him at the lighthouse. This was Jonathan’s favorite thing to do because he was able to see all the ships and watch as they followed the light his brother controlled.

One rainy night, he snuck out to see if his brother was doing ok up in the lighthouse. He climbed all the way up the spiraling staircase to the top and finally saw his brother. “Alan?” Jonathan said in a small voice.

His brother turned his head in surprise upon seeing the soaking wet little Jonathan and quickly threw a cigarette off the ledge, “Jonathan? What are you doing here? Surely mother didn’t let you go outside in this weather!” Jonathan stared at the ground nervously, “I snuck out to see if you were ok.” Alan studied Jonathan begrudgingly, picking him up and setting him down on a bench so he could see the ocean. “You should not have, but thank you for caring about me.” The rain started pouring harder and Jonathan gazed wearily at the sky.

     “It’s raining harder,” Jonathan stated.

     “Yup,” His brother remarked.

“Do you think it’ll get worse?”

     “I hope not.”

Jonathan squinted his eyes at something in the distance,

     “What’s that?”

His brother positioned the light to see what he was talking about, fear struck his face.

     “Jonathan, go get father!”

Jonathan hesitated, “What is it?”

     “I said go! Hurry!”

Jonathan stared at his brother with confusion in his eyes and realized he was being serious. He flew down the spiraling stairs as nimbly as he could, slipping half-way down and quickly getting back up. He sprinted through the muddy streets, ignoring the strange men as he blindly made his way to the bar where his father was working. A bell began clanging in the lighthouse moments before cannon shots boomed in the distant ocean. People groggily lumbered out their doors to see what was going on. Jonathan pushed through their bodies, running into his father right outside the bar. Out of breath, he spoke frantically.

          “A-ah-Alan, brother!”

His father lifted him up with ease, a calm look on his face. He brought Jonathan to their house,

“Get mother and go to the storm shelter, we’ll meet you there eventually. Quick!”

His father ran towards the lighthouse and another volley of cannon fire went off. He could hear the shots splash into the water outside the wall. Jonathan dashed inside and grabbed his mother, “Daddy wants us to go to the shelter! He’s getting brother!” His mother nodded and grasped his hand, hustling out the door and guiding him towards the shelter.

Screams and cries began upon the third round of cannon fire. The walls around the north side of the Fort exploded violently, sending bricks and various other shrapnel careening in all different directions. His mother maneuvered him through the panicked streets to the storm shelter, which was rapidly getting crowded. Another round of cannon fire, houses and shops burst into flame. They squeezed into the shelter and the bell halted its desperate clamoring. Another boom, the lighthouse was stricken. Jonathan ripped his hand free from his mother’s tight grip and bolted between everyone’s legs towards the lighthouse. His mother tried to run after him, but a flood of distressed people impeded her passage.

He arrived at the lighthouse and saw his father struggling to drag his brother away, his legs were mangled and he was bleeding profusely. Jonathan ran to his father’s aid and propped up his brother with his shoulder. More cannons, they crashed into the lighthouse again sending it crashing into the sea. His father limped; Jonathan saw a sharp piece of stone lodged in his leg, but he kept moving. A deafening whistle filled the skies; fiery blasts shook the earth around them, ravaging his father’s bar. Barely making any progress, his father gave out. He fell to the ground and put his rough hands to his face. Jonathan glanced at his brother and realized he had stopped breathing.

Jonathan speculated the piteous look on his father’s face and back to his dead brother. Mortars fired again, the storm shelter crumbled to the ground and burning people frantically scattered out into the pouring rain like ants. Jonathan ran to his father and tears welled up in his eyes, “Bye daddy.” Jonathan scanned everywhere in the storm shelter but never saw his mother. Strangers lay burnt on the ground and suddenly they weren't so strange anymore. They shared the same fate he would he thought, and that is the closest he could get to them. Cannons razed everything around him, sending everything up in flames. He looked back towards his father and brother and saw them get blown away, shattering like a mirror. Jonathan crumbled to the ground in anguish, but quickly came to his senses and decided to go to his house. The building next to him was suddenly ripped apart, crashing into him and knocking him unconscious.

Every once in a while he would regain consciousness, hearing gunshots and screams as whoever attacked the fort killed all survivors. Everything was dark.

He awoke and saw nothing. He somehow lifted a large piece of rubble off of him and gradually stood up. It was morning and not a sound was to be heard. He milled about the obliterated town. The rain continued to lazily pour onto the ground, red streaks of blood flowed beneath his feet as he strolled to his house. He bumped through the door and sat at the table, no breakfast. He stared blankly into space and stood back up. This was the way he lived for days, ignoring the smell of rotting corpses. He ate what he could find lying around after almost starving to death. This was the way he lived for weeks, ignoring his brain’s attempts to try to make him think about his family. He threw rocks at the rats that attempted to get a meal out of the dead. This was the way he lived for months, until there was no more food left to eat. He threw the rocks harder so that he could get a meal from the rats. This is how Jonathan Crow survived for a whole year, eating rats and ignoring all the thoughts of his family. This was when he began to hear their voices.

He heard the voices of the ones that died there. The spirits of the dead haunted him, entering his mind and poisoning his thoughts. They beckoned him to kill himself, said he wasn’t supposed to live. He ignored them the best he could, surely it wasn’t real. He only found peace at the roof of his old house.

Many years later…

His grubby, soot covered coat pressed against the worn soggy bricks of the chimney as he leaned backward. The blazing hearth below warmed him slightly, counteracting the dreary coldness that seemed to constantly loom about. Lazy waves crashed against the jagged shore, chills trickling down his spine as the salty sea spray sprinkled across his face. It was peaceful. A thick sea of fog rolled in over the worn walls, shrouding the silent settlement. The whispering cloud ruffled his dirty black hair as it enveloped him with a tasteless, odorless cloak, separating him from reality. He closed his darkened eyes, listening as a soft tune began orchestrating within his troubled mind.

He kept his eyes closed for what seemed like forever, trapped in the quiet fiction of his mind; but as the fog dissipated, reality began creeping in. The thought of the hundreds of people who had died on the grounds below him entered. The mellow song in his head melted into the frantic ring of the lighthouse and the deafening booms of cannons and mortars as they razed everything around him; the burning odor of gunpowder and blood poisoned his scent; soot and smoke choked his lungs; cuts and fire burned his skin; his father and brother running for cover; and explosion, searing pain, and darkness.

He jolted up with a shout, quickly realizing he was still on the familiar roof. He cleared his throat and wiped the moisture from his eyes, sitting back down and staring through the thick fog into nothingness. This was the Cloak of Crow, the only place Jonathan could find peace from his own thoughts, and it happened to be a rift between the material world and the abyss. A demon saw its perfect victim. “Hello Jonathan.”

Abilities:

Possessed: Jonathan is possessed by a powerful demon. It is bound to his soul and through that connection it can access the material world. Jonathan has an agreement with it: as long as he can supply the demon with souls, it will keep him alive and give him various “enhancements” improving his quality of life while making it easier to consume souls. Enhancements include: improved perception, hearing, reflexes, balance, and other basic things like that. Of course, these things are only available if Jonathan can supply the demon with souls. Enhancements are more powerful when Jonathan is insane, when having recently consumed a soul, and when nearing death; and less powerful when he’s sane or hasn't consumed a soul.

Schizophrenia: Jonathan hears voices in his head. The main voice he hears is the one of the demon that possesses him. It often times gives him advice and can sometimes help him if he’s conflicted with something. He can hear this voice at all times unless another voice in his head drowns it out. Oh, there are other voices too, and they aren’t so helpful. The other voices are from the souls of other people the demon has consumed and the voices of the dead from the fort. They berate him and generally are a nuisance. There are only certain ways to get rid of them depending on the person it used to be, proving a difficult mental challenge for him.

Demon Form: The demon within Jonathan wants to keep him alive; otherwise it would lose its only connection to the material world. Thus, upon imminent death or complete insanity, it will reveal its true form and prevent Jonathan from dying. It is a very rare and improbable thing to happen.

Cloak of Crow: A shroud of fog covers the area, enhancing his mental state of mind. It only happens when he is at peace from the voices in his head and its benefits/hindrances are unknown.

Wendy and Abigail

Dead or Inactive Characters

Percival:

Name: Mara Fili

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Backstory: (I prefer to explain through exposition, but I will say she was once a caretaker in an orphanage.)

Appearance: Her hair styled into a high set ponytail hidden underneath a piece of cloth trapping the majority of her hair underneath, and a rich complexion, she wears a crude necklace of charms, a gift a child has given her, with a mauve dress accented by blue stars to compliment the necklace.

Personality: She is quite frail emotionally, a which she covers underneath a mask of kindness. Unfortunately, she does have her moments when she snaps, which results in unbroken rage. Don't break the cutie.

Attributes

Friend of Familiars
Her memories of the children she used to watch, scraps of joy salvaged from her past in material form. Remnants of a past locked away by tedium set free. Each familiar is about a foot tall, each with their own personality traits.

Imaginary Friend - A translucent blob of black with two prongs as pseudo-horns, this familiar appears to be a blob of Nightmare Fuel with vague spots of light for eyes. This creature works by manipulating smaller beings by grabbing control and using their skills to it's advantage. However, this familiar is easily destroyed by stronger beings with a more powerful will, which means that this being can be controlled by other people quite easily. Comforting and understanding. Summoned by the Pretend charm.

Glass Baby - A glass sphere with a small black sphere in the center, it's the least humanoid of all of the familiars. Being made of glass, this familiar isn't much use in combat nor defense; it's powers come out of it's death, sadly. When the glass is smashed by someone, the result is a powerful burst of energy. How this burst of energy is relayed depends on how the familiar was treated; exposure to sunlight means blinding light, exposure to heat means a small burst of heat, etc. Being made of glass, it will break very easily and any pent up energy can hurt it's owner easily. Odd and curious. Summoned by the Crystal charm.

Trump Familiar - An odd familiar, it resembles a sewing pin, with a large bulbous head tapering to a thin body lacking any limbs , the head of which only has a sideways crescent moon on it. This familiar is meant to give a person the upper hand in a battle, mostly by interacting with the environment in some way. It might make stalactites from a cave fall to create a sort of stepping stone, or it might divert an enemy's attention to aid it's owner, but it will always try to aid. That being said, it's also the most difficult familiar to spawn, requiring a group of three to sacrifice some sort of precious material to create it. It can also be destroyed by the simplest of things, such as a cup of water. Joking and cheeky. Summoned by the Eclipse charm.

Cloth Toy Resembling a patched cloth doll, this creature is useful in it's ability to break it's limbs off and reassemble itself, which is useful for when you need to get somewhere that is normally inhabitable for a person. That being said, it's not entirely invincible against common human weaknesses; fire is a horrible thing to keep around this familiar, water causes it's stitches to come loose, and magic, well, causes it to disintegrate. Imaginative and intuitive. Summoned by the Fabric charm.

Quicksilver Being - This being resembles a small blob with two small stumps for legs, with streaks of liquid silver circling the blob. Focused on combat, the streaks of silver can be used to attack enemies by launching the fluid at a being; the metal will harden and strike as a sliver akin to a knife. The metal will melt and orbit the being when the familiar goes near. Heat and flames causes the being to melt into a useless blob of silver. Curt and precise. Summoned by the Chrome charm.

Clockwork Puppet -

(There are a lot of other beings, but I don't have enough time to relay them all. Surprise mode it is.)

Own Flesh And Blood
Creating something out of nothing, or someone out of nothing, depending on who you ask, is hard if you can't control Nightmare Fuel. For Mila, she has to resort to using the charms that she keeps as a catalyst for the person; and a part of herself, whether emotionally, spiritually, or physically doesn't matter; the reason for her hemophilia is because she's been summoning the creatures far too much.

Inventory
  • Assorted Charms

Side Notes: She is diagnosed with hemophilia, meaning that her blood can't clot, which means that a simple wound could drain her entirely of blood without proper bandaging.

Dara999:

Name: Cypress
Age: 16
Species/Race: Human
An OC for Gravity Falls and Don't Starve~

Backstory: Cypress sat one of the low tree branches lazily, there wasn't anything worth doing. She couldn't find any animals, not even birds or rodents. NOTHING.
The cold breeze bit at her arms, gosh she hated he cold. Then again she hated a lot of things... People in general being one of them.
Maybe she should get something with the money she stol- uhhhh put to better use, to get herself nothing nice... Then again she might need the money if there aren't any animals to hunt.

She sighed and rubbed her eyes. Some days she wondered if leaving was- "Say pal, you look like you could use a pick me up."
Her eyes widened and she shot up, almost falling off the branch in the process. She stared at the tall man in the dapper suit, a wide grin seeminlg plastered onto his face like he Joker. What the hell did this oddball want?
"I've got an offer for you~"
Cypress looked around for a good brach hold to get higher into the tree, 'get away from the crazy man' repeating it's self in her mind. She started her way up into higher foliage.
"I've got a range of exotic animals." She froze. Big mistake. That showed she took interest in what he said. Crap. "I know how you love to 'collect'."
"W-what do you mean?"
"The book? The symbols? The powers? I'm not a fool pal, I know you know what I'm talking about."
How the hell did this guy know? She didn't tell anyone. "... What kind of offer?"
"I'll show you my exotic animals, can't find them anywhere else."
"What's the catch?"
"All I ask is for you to take part in my game."
"What kind of game?"
"You'll find out if you agree, do we have a deal?" The man held his hand out as if the tree would shake it.
Exotic animals... What kind of animals? Can't find them anywhere else? Curiosity filled her mind. She hesitantly got out of the tree and shook the man hand.

Cypress woke up on cold stone, opening her eyes large boulders lay around her. She stood and started wandering. A large nest lay on the ground, a single teal egg in the centre. Something shrieked behind her, she turned to see an eyeball with feathers on stilts. The animal huffed and shrieked again.
Exotic animals indeed...

Abilities: Can shapeshift into animals as long as she's performed a certain ritual.

Disadvantages: Her sanity drains as she uses her transformations. The attack strength, speed, and sanity drain are all dependant on the animal of choice. She tends to have animalistic tendencies and while in animal for she takes on the animal's confidence. She has an urge to prove herself as an Alpha when confronted.

Name: Wekesa
Age: Kinda hard to explain...
Species/Race: Lureplant

Health: 130
Hunger: 250
Sanity: 200

She can photosynthesize, this gives 1/5 health, 5 sanity and 1 hunger for each bar of sunlight you photosynthesize for.
She can become a bulb and hide. She can create Lure plant bulbs and a maximum of 12 eyeplants. Eyeplants cost 25 sanity to spawn.
She walks slowly at night. He speed depends on what season it is.
Summer: Normal speed.
Autumn: A little slower than normal.
Winter: Slower than normal.
Spring: Road/Pathway speed.
She also doesn't lose sanity in the rain. Rain restores 1/2 sanity and health when >80 every minute.

Backstory: The sun sent warm sensations down Wekesa's veins, the sunlight warming her roots, even though they were underground.
This was the first time she had ever felt such a sensation. This was the first thing she had ever thought! What is this? She could now feel... It was odd... Where was she, where did she come from, what's the empty feeling in her body?
A growl designated from her stomach.
She needed... Nourishment... She needed to grow... To feed...
A rabbit nibbled on the grass a few meters away from her. A long tongue slowly slithered out of her maw, she could see with it, the tastes and smells melding into a picture. Alas the tongue would not reach the prey. She let out a small growl. She just wanted to ensnare the furry thing and devour it, was that too much to ask?

The harder she thought about ensnaring and eating the morsel the hungrier she got. Filled with frustration she snarled and tried to lash out at the harmless rabbit. Something crumbled and moved underground, the soil became loose and one of her roots eased it's way onto the surface. The root gripped into the ground and she heaved, pulling outward. Like some sort of zombie the roots pulled out of the ground, four thick roots now supported the hulking mass. Grass, leaves and vines lay at the base of her stem. The big bulb that was her body, now split wide open showing razor sharp teeth. The leaves around her head shook, sending stray bits of dirt flying.
The rabbit needed up being a delicious first meal but she hungered for more.

Apperance: http://dara1999.devi...a-Done-46145877

Advantages: they were listed above, the rain, photosynthesis and such.

Disadvantages: The speed thing, she can eat a lot... She doesn't understand humans or emotions well. She's pyrophobic.

Quiet:

Name: Oxryklne

Race: Beetle...kind of.

Backstory: Doing the whole "revealing it as story progresses" thing.

Appearance: A jet black beetle with a transparent, dark purple underside. His carapace is somewhat slimy and ridged. Has large, bulbous eyes and sizable mandibles.

Personality: Very irritable and sarcastic; however, he can be polite if the need arises. He also tries to avoid insulting people he considers friends.

Abilities: Oxryklne can manipulate shadows to some degree, from creating tendrils to do his bidding to summoning deadly spears of darkness. He can also use small wings to fly short distances. His strong shell makes him resilient for a beetle, but still can be injured very easily.

Time to get Oyuka out of my basement.

(Name: Oyuka

Backstory: "As the cold hands of death sourrounded her frail body, she could feel her limbs tearing apart. Skin sliced by the snow, her eyes losing focus. Her heart felt like shattered glass. And just as she felt on her knees, like to pray for her life the ruthless God that made that to her, a white figure approaced the dying girl. It looked like a ghost, but with no features. Only a mass of faceless white. She looked at it for a few seconds, until it dashed into her.
The world spinned around her. The pain...it was undescibable. Worse then death. That's the only thing that came to her mind, and the last one before she closed her human eyes for the last time.
When she woke up, her body was changed. She was lighter, almost like air. Her skin was cold, but it didn't seem to effect her. And she couldn't remember anything about her life. No more family, no more friends, if she ever had them.
The only thing she could do, was wonder around in the snow.
And when no snow was there, she made her fall. As she is the Yuki-Onna."
2 years have passed since then, and in this period she explored everything hidden in that mountain. Unitl one day, a radio appeared in the white.
"Do you want some company? I am rather sure you are feeling lonely."
the voice inside it spoke.
Oyuka's smile was a pure expression of joy.
"I have been alone for two years..."
A broken laugh interrupted her voice.
"Excellent. Just follow my instructions."

And so she reached the DS world.

Age: 18 (before the curse), 20 (actual age)

Abilities: She is immortal, meaning her body won't get older and she won't die of age. She has ice powers, meaning she is able to shoot ice blasts, freezing energy balls and even create a sword made of ice. Her body temperature is really low by default, but she can make her body even colder, so that when she touches someone else she can freeze him (it takes some time, so she has to stay in direct contact with that person for quite a while).

Disabilities: Being as light as she is now makes her weak and unable to move heavy objects (though her weakness is balanced by her agility).

Appearance:post-214555-0-76884200-1411650812.jpg

Behaviour: Charming, joyful, seductive, gets angry easely, but she doesn't stay angry for a lot of time (she forgets about it almost immediately.

4. Feel Free to Correct

If you feel that I, or someone else, (but mostly me) is spouting utter nonsense or pulling crap out of thin air, please, set me straight, but be polite about it. On the other side of the spectrum, if you find me complaining about nothing, confront me about it and I'll try to not stab your eyes out with a spoon lissen and be less strict.

Feel free to correct, huh?

Recently, They have been growing tired of the same old game. Not even the short bursts of insanity are enought. They grow bored, and when They grow bored, They torture him for entertainment. It's unbearable. As time goes on, They get bored more often and for longer periods. He gets tortured more often and more violently. He had to find relief. He had to entertain them.

I'll join this, I just gotta come up with a suitable character.

(I thought I had fixed that one!

*sigh* I'll fix that, two other spelling errors I found, and add accepted characters when I can get on the computer. This tablet is a malfunctioning piece of crap.

(Excellent. Ish.

Alias: Meredith Olive

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Race: Cloth-Patched Human

Backstory: (Revealed through interaction.)

Appearance: If she was wearing an overly large coat, you'd think she's human. Now that I said that, you are going to assume she's not human, or at least in appearances.

You would be half right. Literally.

The right side of her body is relatively normal in normal society, save for a few tiny, raw patches of peeled away flesh; she has azure eyes and long, curly hair that is the same shade as her eyes, she is quite short for her age, her clothing, made to look like a schoolgirl's suit with the sleeves cut off and added onto one's arms, is handmade and tight fitting, and she is of average weight and size. The left side of her body, however, is surreal; the entirety of it is a mess of patchwork, cloth of various patterns covering the skin(?) on the entire right side. The curly hair on the left is mirrored with bouncy coils of slightly faded yarn. Her clothing melds into the cloth on the right side. Strangely, her eye is still intact.

Personality: She is quite bubbly and cheerful, despite her odd looks, and is quite endearing and clingy. Mature as a whole, but childish when reprimanded.

Consequentials: As a result of being mostly made of cloth, injuries to the left side aren't as serious as they would be, and can be easily be repaired if they are damaging. Of course, this means that the damage can be more fatal in the right side, and her blood doesn't coagulate, so she keeps bleeding. Since her left side is weighed down by the extra cloth on top, she can be quite slow at times, but her right side makes up for it with increased reaction.

Another major advantage she has is that she has slight manipulatory powers over textile related objects, and, with enough practice, can even inscribe powerful runes into cloth and use them as portable weapons/charms. But she doesn't know this.

Inventory

  • Spool of Thread (Gold Thread Entwined With Crimson)
  • Patches of Cloth (Calico Pattern)
  • Scissors (Detachable Blades)
  • Nazar Orb

Side Notes: The death of her own life isn't a tragedy, just an inconvenience. Most of the time.

I didn't put much work into this, sadly.)
