Most standart is just a few thin slices of sausage. Maybe some salad or veggies, tomatoes and stuff, that's rather common I know. Sometimes so-called Leberkäse, which is south-german and austrian, special meatloaf.

As far as I know, usually everwhere else, the bread is just different, fluffier and stuff.

Hey, I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches too! My mom has mayo instead of PB on hers though. Yuck.
