shigad
Guards have random items on them, sometimes.as long as i know, only passcards and very rarely (happend me only once) ammo.
Palpetinus
sounds cool, but sometimes there are paths blocked by guards' vision cones, how do i deal with it in that challange? You walk into their line of sight where they "notice" you, open and close a door or do similar things. It may not seem like it but there are a few ways to distract guards. Ragnared
as long as i know, only passcards and very rarely (happend me only once) ammo.I found Medgel multiple times and also a neural disrupter level 2 at least once.
Palpetinus
I found Medgel multiple times and also a neural disrupter level 2 at least once.I get Medgel quite frequently from a guard. In fact, I never buy them simply because guards always give them to me.

Palpetinus
*must remember to bump Anarchy* I always, right after the first mission, upgrade every agent's skills to 2, atleast as long as that's possilbe, prioritizing anarchy>stealth>hacking>inventory. Inventory last because you can buy it in missions too.

Ragnared
is my version outdated or i am just very unlucky? You might just be very unlucky. It doesn't happen that often and I found the disrupter on a high level guard with armor 2.
