Issue Title: Bioshot dartgun on overwatch does not use ammo

Issue Description: When fired on overwatch, the bioshot dartgun does not seem to expend its ammo.

Steps to Reproduce: Equip a bioshot dartgun

Set an overwatch

Shoot a guard

Still have ammo
