Did it work before?

Have you made any changes to your computer?

Never.

I just got this on Steam five day ago.

As soon so I installed the client, I booked several Mods from workshop.

I can boot game successfully.

I go to Mods to active some Mods.

Then I found that the client will crash during generating world.

At first, I guess it may be caused by some certain Mods.

So I try to start a new game again after I disabled all the Mods.

But crash is still exists.

And the probability is 100%.

Please fix it ASAP.

I wanna play this game very much. ToT~

When you uninstall Don't Starve, could you go to the local directory and make sure all of the local content has been fully deleted before re-installing?

I have done this before.

all files will be moved except mods folder.

Oh~

Thx

I removed the mods folder before I reinstall the client.

And I am enjoying the game now. O(∩_∩)O~~

That's great! It sounded like one or more of the mods that caused the issue was still in your local directory. Fully deleting your local content fixed that right up; I'm glad that you're able to play again!
