Research progress reset

Steps to reproduce

-play a normal game and die.

-enter another game.

-all my research points and inventions I made disappeared.

Describe your issue

Whenever I start a new game, everything Ive invented in the previous game is gone. This is very frustrating, and has already happened several times. BTW, I didnt erase my Chrome app data in between game sessions.
