Start Bar messing up gameplay

Steps to reproduce

Have the taskbar at the bottom of the screen

Have the taskbar to not auto-hide

Open game

Start a game (either new or loaded)

Full screen the game using the Window's 'Full Screen' button next to the close button

Describe your issue

When the game is full screened using the Window's 'Full Screen' button located next to the close button on the top right of the game window and the taskbar is not set to autohide (and is on the bottom) the game acts as though it is taking up the full screen, i.e. the user has to mouse down just a little bit further to click on items in the game. This becomes even more of a problem when the user tries to click on items in the inventory along the bottom of the screen. If the user is not careful s/he may click on the task bar by mistake and be exited out of the game.

If you look at the screenshot attached, the red mark near the task bar is where the user has to move to activate the action performed by that first inventory slot. If the user is not careful, they may click out of the game, miss the target, or worse: lose time and then die.
