Steps to reproduce Start fresh new game, Before the guy even gets to saying something hit the new "pause button" on the bottom right and do the save/exit, rejoin game and he'll forever be frozen there. Pretty funny stuff I guess lol. Describe your issue Its not as much of an issue as it is just him forever standing there.
