The game allows swearing so I dont think it'll be a problem, if we're really that concerned about censoring try a christian server, they tend to have mods installed that censor obscenities. I tried to get someone to host the server but no one could do it in the end. The main problem with valve servers is random people joining them but what are you gonna do?
