Full screen extreme zoom

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to make game fullscreen either through menu or alt-enter

Describe your issue

Using a highdef 1920x1080 TV, any attempt to make the game fullscreen results in extreme zooming in, regardless of chosen resolution. Only top left portion of game is then visible. Computer is running Windows 7 64 bit, with onboard graphics, feeding the TV with an HDMI cable. Unable to post game version number, as it doesn't seem to appear on the bottom of the screen, but can confirm that this is the latest update to the game at the moment.
