Combined with a walking cane, the piggyback has no slowdown; meaning the only difference with a krampus sack would be that it has two more slots. It's not worth spamkilling for naughtiness, especially considering it has a 1% drop chance and 99% of the time you fight Krampus you'll only get charcoal and monster meat.
