Horizontal Sun Streaks

Steps to reproduce

Zoom out, then back in, then walk around the map.

Describe your issue

I zoomed out to see how far it would go, then back in to normal view, and noticed random times of day, at random places on the map, there will be huge streaks of what looks like sunlight going from the left side of the map to the right. It doesn't move up and down with my character, it stays in place. I don't have a screenshot at the moment, but I will take one if I see it again.

I'm running an HP Pavilion G6 Laptop with 8 GB of ram, and windows 7.
