Minor graphical glitches; at different views

Steps to reproduce

While playing, when using the 'e' key to rotate, at 90 degrees (one press)

and at 270 degrees (three presses), then just walk around.

Describe your issue

Some features appear to glitch out, flickering infront and behind each other rapidly.

This can occur with farm plots, in the corner where the fence meets the stone edge, the stone flickers infront and behind constantly, while walking. Also occurs with trees close together, the whole tree seems to flicker in front then behind.

Only seems to occur with these viewpoints.

EDIT - Also occurs with graveyards.
