d3v1n96 Posted March 11, 2014 Share Posted March 11, 2014 A few things noticed in the trailer that some may not notice: the Fashion Melon lowers sanity when worn, the wet meter is still in winter, it seems that she doesn't take any damage while wearing the helmet (she may be taking damage but the bar doesn't drop), the statue she passes looks like a werid spider-bee hybrid (possible bee queen?), the deciduous trees are now called "Birchnut trees," catcoons may need to be escorted to their hollow stumps to spit something out for the player, tumbleweeds still roll out of the desert biome, wet objects now have a thin blue box around them, and the craftable(?) bell item uses 33% durability. She is losing sanity only during the dusk or near a monster; not during the day. Or maybe if you give it some meat it will follow you, and will swallow things lying around, and then when it get's "home" it spits them up? Like a very slow chester you can't easily access? Like a very slow chester you can't easily access?If you look at when they first show the catcoon it's home isn't present, it proceeds to turn its back and start vomiting. Then in mid convulsion they cut to the catcoon by its home. So I am fairly sure it just throws up the contents of it's stomach to distract you and the goes on its way. So she seems to start with her own helmet and spear, but they both have durability. Will she be able to craft them, or are they gone for good when they wear out? If it's the latter, I guess they are identical to the spear and the football helmet, except maybe they wear out at different rates. So the catcoon's main gimmick appears to be throwing up.
