I'm curently in my first summer  and I was wondering if it's a bug or is intentional that rain doesn't lower your temperature. (I use the always on status mod)

Here in my part of 'Straya, if it rains in the summer it feels like someone's pouring a pot of boiling water over your head.

Then wetness wouldn't be an issue in summer, but it is.
