Rodger
Bug SubmissionPlease choose a category [Graphics] PlatformChromeVersion Number 69828 Issue title Bees not 'pollenating' planted flowers properly Steps to reproduce Plant flowers around a bee box Describe your issue My bees seem to be having trouble with some planted flowers! I have planted flowers around my bee boxes, and when a bee tries to visit certain flowers, they just end up hovering over the flower, flickering between left and right facing sprites. It prevents the bee from moving on to another flower or returning pollen to the hive, as it never finishes trying to visit the problem flower. Not all flowers cause it, and the bees happily go back to the box at night. I've seen one bee doing it, then a 2nd bee go for the same flower, and end up with the same issue. It kind of seems like they can't properly 'hit' the flower when approaching, and keep overshooting it, creating the left/right flicker? I am experiencing the same problem. Bees glitch and are unable to path. This is happening with butterflies as well. Capturing the bees with bug net and releasing works less than 25% of the time. The remainder of attempts the bees and butterflies are unable to path and "flicker". Any attempt to reset, e.g., picking the flower, harvesting honey to draw aggro, capturing to draw aggro, does not work. Restarting game does not work. T0urmy
Bee Boxes product honey even when there are no flowers around.
Toaster Fu
But I believe flowers increase the speed at which they produce honey.
T0urmy
I don't think so, the speed without flowers is already insanely fast, too fast (and it gives you way too much honey)Bees shouldnt be able to make honey if there is not at least 1 flower around, and the more flowers there are the faster the honey is made (with the max speed of 1 flower per bee). Rodger
This is still happening in the latest update. And I noticed that it seems to start after exiting and reloading? eg: I planted a flower patch, and there were no problems, but after quitting for the night and starting up again (after the patch), a lot of the flowers are making the bees flicker.
