I'm going to guess, hmmm...

Legs: Giant deep-sea isopod (Or as I call it, "big creepy ocean roly-poly"

Mouth: Viperfish

Shell/scales: Pangolin

Eye: Owl or other predatory bird

Oh, you are very close. You're missing two. Keep in mind all birds can be ruled out. I listed the classes and aves isn't one of them. And then you didn't list a fifth. You still need an arachnid and a reptile.

A TICK IS THE ARACHNID!!!!!!!

OR A SCORPION!!!!!!

Or a spider.

One of those three yes.

I'm guessing the eye is the reptile part, the shell is the WUT, the mouth is the fish,  the legs are the arachnid, and the thing is the thing.

Not entirely correct but figuring out which part is which is just bonus points. Name all five by order or lower and you've got it.

Duplicated jaws - Actinopterygii: Chauliodus sloani
Middle part between scales and legs - Arachnida: Probably some kind of spider, idk.
Legs - Malacostraca: Bathynomus giganteus
Big Red Eye - Reptilia: Skink? Can't pinpoint this one. :I
Scales - Mammalia: Manis pentadactyla

@Soopakoopa helped a lot. xD

I'm thinking the red eye might perhaps be a horny toad (the lizard, not a toad in heat) because there appears

to be a red fluid in the bottom half of the eye and those lizards are known for shooting blood out of their eyes.

As a hint since the eye seems to be really throwing people, the eye was originally green. I picked it for shape not color because color is easy to modify.

The legs and antennae seem rather familiar. They remind me of a little sand digger/crab/flea/mole/whatever.

You know, like this guy:

Giant Isopod was already confirmed for that. It's just the eye and the front part of the abdomin, one of which is an arachnid, the other is a reptile.

Is there a spider in it?

yes, one to go

Last one is actually the first one I thought people would get. Its a well known order and the part from it is really distinctive and pretty obvious.
