Like what Willette draws with?GIMP 2 = Free and similar to PhotoshopPaint Tool SAI = Cheap and simply great (I use this to draw Don't Starve comics)Flash = Based on object graphics, suitable for small games & animationPhotoshop = Stupidly expensive but is world's #1I'll mention SketchUp, Alchemy and InkScape as well.
