Hi, i got a problem then i try to start a new game.

This happens if im starting a new game:

Are you using any mods? I don't recall a terrain_marsh in-game...unless that refers to the swamp. You could try this first, see if your game starts.

    1.  Go to your Steam Library
    2. Right click on "Don't Starve"
    3. Select "Properties"
    4. Select the "Local Files" tab
    5. Click the "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache..." button.
    6. When the process is complete, launch Don't Starve 

Anyway, if it still crashes...

 

What's your platform? (Steam, Chrome, Standalone) (Windows, Mac, Linux) That was dumb, the screenshot said you're on Win 32 Steam.

And could you post your log.txt? ("My Documents\Klei\DoNotStarve\log.txt")

The file map/rooms/terrain_marsh.lua does indeed (or is supposed to) exist under revision 88307. It defines the swamp biomes.

So yeah, I think your advice of verifying the integrity of the game cache is the best one.
