Semi invisible bushes, grass etc

Greetings.

I have only played a few games as I bought this today.

However, this game I am playing now has an odd glitch.

The bushes (not just berries), grass, flowers etc are all missing and show up when you get close, or when you have moved passed them.

The first two/three games I played didn't behave this way.

I can't seem to find the version number during startup.
