I wasn't inducted to rest on my laurels, what more needs done?

 

I don't know if you have or have not seen this file, but basically, I think that everything here not filled in, needs filling in, (except for Wickerbottom stuff), so I'd recommend taking a peek at this: https://github.com/debugman18/UpAndAway/blob/master/code/strings.lua

 

I'd also ask debugman18 or simplex first, because they will know what needs doing MUCH better than I do. :p

Quartz Crystal: It's a wee rock.

Quartz Torch: Thankfully it can't burn trees.


Rainbow Gem Corn: It's a weird sweet.


Refined Black Crystal: It looks nicer, eh?


Refined White Crystal: It's gotten brighter.


Rotor Blade: What's that?


Rotor Plate:  Not for eating off of.


Rotor Hub: Looks mechanical, eh?


Rubber: It's rough and stretchable.


Shepherd's Staff: I'm quite good at making staves.


S'mores: That's a right yummy treat.


Sunflower Seeds: More farming?


Tea Leaves: Dip them in hot water.


Thunder Log: That's a right strange log.


Unknown Package: Is it for me?


Water Crystal: It rages like the sea.


Water Crystal Fragment: Just a trickle inside.


White Crystal: It glows like the sun.


White Crystal Fragment: It's dim.


White Staff: Makeshift post office.

Beanstalk Tip: It's the end of a giant.

Cauldron: There must be a hag about.

Cloud Bush: It's got good food on it.


Cloud Chest: Good for storing stuff, eh?


Cloud Coral: It's a sky sea rock.

Went through the github list, few missing strings, and a couple misspellings. This is everything afaik.

 

Willow:

 

Antlion: Half lion, half ant, all flammable.

Balloon Hound: Aw, it's out of reach!

Beanstalk Chunk: A torn piece of beanstalk. 

​Beanstalk Wall: Plants aren't good protection.

Bird of Paradise: Those feathers would combust nicely.

Black Tea: I prefer hot chocolate.

Cheshire Cat: What a nice smile.

Chimera: That's horrid looking, even for me.

Cloud Bomb: An explosive cloud, my favourite kind of cloud.

Cloud Chest: For holding stuff. 

Cloud Wall: Flimsy and damp. Useless.

Picked Cloud Bush: I hate waiting.

Crystal Axe: I'd prefer an Axe of Infernos.

Crystal Cap: Use your brain, protect your head.

Crystal Armour: Might save my life, I guess.

​Crystal Spire Fragment: Looks like you were cut down to size.

Crystal Wall: Might protect me from enemies I can't burn.

​Flying Fish: What a strange creature.

Flying Fish Pond: Fish live there. Watery cowards.

Golden Amulet:  It's nice enough, I guess.

Green Jellyshroom: Green plants burn slower.

Kite: Maybe lightning will strike it.

Monolith: Why would anyone waste time making that when they could be setting fires?

Mushroom Hat: This is awful.

Pineapple: It's all spiky. My kind of plant.

​Pineapple Bush: More fruit. Better than starving.

Quartz Torch: Needs fire.

Shepherd's Staff: I could probably make a torch out of this.

Not sure I follow. Do you mean the quotes I posted are now in game, or that we previously had quotes in game?

The former. I added your latest batch as well.

Ah, grand. Is Wilson done? I notice he's not on the strings list.

He is, we just call him by his pet name, "GENERIC".

How are the Wickerbottom strings going? You mentioned submitting them, but I haven't heard back from you on them yet. I figured I'd give you a heads up about the gummy bear things needing strings, as well, if you were still working on them.

 

And if anybody is looking to do a set of character strings, Maxwell and Wilson (GENERIC) are missing some strings. (Not an entire set.) and Wendy and Webber are in need of theirs. After that, strings will be done for alpha!

Ah, did you do them exactly as I wrote? Cuz I just noticed I typo'd form instead of from on Wolfgang's quote.

I'm fixing the typo right now.
