Item disappearance with rapid clicks.

Steps to reproduce

Find item to harvest.

Move to item.

Click rapidly.

Describe your issue

This bug is very random and I'm not sure why it occurs. I could provide video if need be. Anyway, an example would be recently I dropped a stack of 34 Grass. I clicked it quickly a few times as I didn't mean to and it made the sound of me picking it up, showed up, then promptly disappeared. This has happened a few times before.
