Infinite Map Screen Zoom

Steps to reproduce

Open Map Screen in-game (Tab Key)

Use mouse wheel down to zoom out

Describe your issue

The game will never stop zooming the game map out. There is no "zoom out cap". Your whole world map can be shrunk to near-single-pixel size if you abuse your scroll wheel for long enough.

Not a huge deal but there really should be a point where you cannot zoom out anymore, just like there's a point where it stops zooming in any further.
