Tools, ect. bar on the left

Steps to reproduce

I was playing the game and it was working perfectly. I guess an hour or so in the game though, when i build an item the item window doesnt close for long. it just pops back up and when i over view the item..it over laps the others.

I was playing the game and it was working perfectly. I guess an hour or so in the game though, when i build an item the item window doesn't close for long. it just pops back up and when i over view the item..it over laps the others. That's pretty much it.

I have a picture of it happening..but I can't add it. It's not letting me.
