Outhouse Manual "Clean Toilet" Action Ineffective

A duplicant empties, then refills the Outhouse with dirt, but the number of uses does not go back to fifteen, and when the original number of uses are expended, the Outhouse becomes out of order until a duplicant repeats the cleaning task.

Also, the arrow which indicates how many uses are left does not reset to the bottom of the gauge until the Outhouse has been used once following an (effective) cleaning and dirt refill; I'd love to see a spot of polish put on the ol' Outhouse with that.
